What to include
Include enough context for support to find the right account and service quickly.
| Topic | Helpful details |
|---|---|
| Domain issue | Domain name, account email, DNS records involved, error message, and when the issue started. |
| Transfer issue | Domain name, current registrar, transfer order ID if available, and whether you have a valid AuthCode. |
| Billing issue | Order ID, invoice number if visible, payment status, and the action you were trying to complete. |
| Static hosting issue | Site ID or hostname, deployment ID if relevant, custom domain, and the affected URL. |
| Account access issue | Account email, whether password reset works, and any 2FA/account recovery context. |
| Privacy or data request | Account email, request type, and any domains or services that may block immediate deletion. |
Do not send your password, full payment card details, authenticator codes, or domain AuthCodes unless support explicitly asks for a secure verification step.
