Status page

For platform incidents and service availability, check:

status.ywt.ch

Check the status page first when you see broad issues such as DNS, checkout, hosting, or login problems affecting more than one service.

Urgent cases

Contact support promptly for:

  • a domain close to expiration or already expired
  • a failed renewal payment for a production domain
  • a DNSSEC change that caused resolution failures
  • a disputed or unauthorized account action
  • a paid order that succeeded but did not apply the expected domain or hosting change
